I spent here 1 great day and would still consider staying here again. I loved it, the hotel is spotlessly clean, has perfect location and staff. The room was neat with breakfast and had a safe box, TV and a seating area.

I loved the property and very good location and food.

The staff were superfriendly and accommodating, were waiting for us in the friendly reception. The hotel had a brilliant location minutes from State Museum of Tyrol. Our check-in was good.

Perfect hotel, reasonably clean, professional staff, location in centre was favourable. The breakfast was included and consisted of fresh bread, pastries, cereals, fruit juices and cakes. Food was excellent and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip.

Everything was very good and fairly clean, I loved location and staff. I booked a room with a large bed, central heating, an electronic key card and a work desk.

The staff is caring here, the services are excellent, and location is marvellous right by the train station, shops and the centre, the old downtown.

Minimal hotel with magnificent location close to the main train station, and the breakfast was tasty. Airy rooms, large bathrooms, comfy beds.

We loved our stay; the location and amenities were great. The breakfast had variety of options: fruit juices, breads, cereals, cakes and coffee.

The hotel was special with relaxing rooms and I liked impeccable staff. Room was good value. Gorgeous location not very far from an ornate habsburg residence. A luxurious stay with a clean swimming pool.

No complaints, the hotel is kind and I would like to come again, appreciated it. Location is unique, staff is supporting and room is individually decorated.

Perfect service, soundproof rooms, good value.

The hotel was good value. Incredible breakfast and a unique room : that's what we liked. The staff was delightful and also was always available. Ideal venue with fantastic service. The location was top, relatively near imperial palace. There was an excellent bar on site.

Staff were lovely and I loved my stay. Appalling place and prime location. There also was convenient parking and excellent pool.

Tidy, spotless rooms, nice hot breakfast and welcoming staff. All in all it's pretty clean place, they have perfectly comfortable beds. Being nearby a metro station makes it easy to travel. Wonderful reception.

The staff was HUMBLE - we would return there. Room was beautifully presented and all furnishings were beautiful. The beach was nice. There's the train station walking distance to the place. Service was very helpful throughout our stay.

Enchanting hotel, the rooms were newly remodelled. Venue was spotlessly clean. The staff was willing to help above and beyond. The food was good with variety of choice! Facilities were basic too.

Super buper location, amazingly nice personnel and superb breakfast. There were climate control, a laptop-size safe and a writing table in the rooms, which made them quite warm. Exceptional service throughout my stay. Besides, free WiFi and private parking were available here. All in all a good standard hotel and nice stay

the property is family-friendly and the staff is helpful. appreciated having a heating system, a safe and a sitting area in the quiet room. the venue was in a central location. had a wide range of options for breakfast, it was good.

You'll need 10 minutes to walk to aui's restaurant bar with nice drinks. We had the triple room which was very spacious. This hotel is equal to 3 stars.

Friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. The location was good, with Cafeteria Inthal nearby. It truly was a GREAT experience.
